I grew up in Hickman, Nebraska — a proud Norris Titan — where I learned early that hard work, competition, and community matter. Those values still shape how I approach business and life today.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked alongside business owners, executives, and families to help them think strategically about their financial future. Before founding 37 Wealth, I worked my way up to manage half the US for a national organization overseeing approximately $236 million in revenue and $24 billion in assets under management.
I’ve sat in the executive seat. I understand growth, succession planning, risk management, and the responsibility that comes with building something that lasts.
I graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University and hold the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®), and Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA®) designations. Those credentials reflect my focus on business growth, fiduciary discipline, and forward-looking planning — but titles only matter if they serve people well.
My mantra is simple: Never Settle.
Not in preparation.
Not in strategy.
Not in relationships.
Markets evolve. Tax laws change. Businesses grow. Complacency is costly. I invest continuously in my own development so my clients benefit from thinking that is proactive, disciplined, and built for tomorrow — not yesterday.

I don’t try to be everything to everyone.
I work best with growth-minded individuals who want a long-term strategic partner — someone who will challenge assumptions, bring clarity to complex decisions, and connect the right people and resources at the right time. Strong outcomes come from alignment, accountability, and trust.
At the end of the day, I am most proud of my family — my wife Dannielle; our children, Mackenzie and her husband Yigit, Tucker, and Tripp; and our three rescue dogs, Reedus, Maximus, and Ozzy.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading about business and entrepreneurship, spending time fishing or on the golf course, and catching a good concert when I can.
If you’re looking for a conversation — not a sales pitch — I’d welcome the opportunity to connect. Whether that’s over coffee at Stauffer’s or in my office, I’m always open to meeting good people doing meaningful work.
